Regional Vicar of the Scalabrinian South American Region Mother of Migrants, President of the Scalabrini Association for the Service to the migrants, and Director of SIMN.

In the early years of his Ministry, he worked as a vocational promoter and in the training of young people in the seminars of Paraguay (1992-1995). After he worked as a Novice Master for seven years, in Porto Alegre, RS. Then he was Provincial Superior of the St. Peter Province (southern Brazil and Paraguay) between the years 2007 and 2013. Six years ago, he became President of the Scalabrini Association for the Service to the migrants, linked to the SIMN.

He studied Philosophy at the University of Caxias do Sul, RS; Theology at the São Paulo Theological Institute (ITESP), SP, and Licentiate in Educational Sciences, at the Salesian Pontifical University in Rome (1996-1999).
