{"id":3067,"date":"2023-08-17T22:21:34","date_gmt":"2023-08-17T22:21:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/simn-global.org\/?p=3067"},"modified":"2023-08-17T22:21:34","modified_gmt":"2023-08-17T22:21:34","slug":"the-innovative-contribution-of-the-scalabrinian-model-of-employment-and-social-innovation-of-simn-to-the-un-repository-of-practices-for-international-migration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/simn-global.org\/sg\/the-innovative-contribution-of-the-scalabrinian-model-of-employment-and-social-innovation-of-simn-to-the-un-repository-of-practices-for-international-migration\/","title":{"rendered":"The Innovative Contribution of the Scalabrinian Model of Employment and Social Innovation of SIMN to the UN Repository of Practices for International Migration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>New York, August 17, 2023.- <\/strong>The Scalabrinian Model of Employment, Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation (EEIS) has been included in the UN Repository of Practices as a good practice to be reproduced in the implementation of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration.<\/p>\n<p>With deep satisfaction and all our appreciation to the teams of the Scalabrinian centers on the ground, SIMN is pleased to announce that yesterday, the United Nations Migration Network (UNMN) announced the inclusion of the Scalabrinian Model of Employment, Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation (EEIS) in the Practice Repository of the United Nations Migration Network Hub, which is a compilation of \u201creproducible practices to inspire those working to implement the Global Compact for Migration to global, national, regional and local levels.<\/p>\n<p>The news makes us extremely happy because it is a recognition of the work that the Scalabrinian Congregation and its teams have done for decades to offer a lasting solution to migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons and returnees through job placement and the creation of micro-enterprises.
