At the same time, it acknowledges progress in areas such as labor migration, skills recognition, and the integration of human mobility into climate policies. However, critical challenges remain, including the continued use of immigration detention, human trafficking, insufficient data systems, and the use of technologies that may pose risks to human rights.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1883\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">In this context, SIMN echoes the Secretary-General\u2019s call to expand rights-based regular pathways, eliminate labor exploitation, ensure safe and sustainable return and reintegration, and end the detention of migrant children.
