Tecún Umán, Guatemala, June 15, 2019 – Casa del Migrante of Tecún Umán together with UNHCR and other civil society organizations organized the forum-workshop “We Are Migrants in Family.” The event was held on June 13 and 14, 2019 in San Marcos, Guatemala. The forum was focused on the problems the country is facing in its different areas and possible solutions, with the participation of community leaders, candidates for a political position, representatives of parishes, Human Rights Ombudsman, parish priests and educational and public establishments in general. Around 80 people attended the event.
