On December 5th, the Scalabrini Community Center celebrated the graduation of participants from the “Weaving the Future” sewing, haircutting, nail and gel, and eyebrow and eyelash extension workshops, held from September 1st to November 29th. These training opportunities opened their doors to migrants from the Scalabrini Center and the Archangel Rafael Migrant Shelter, as well as residents of Magdalena Atlazolpa, Mexico, creating a true community fabric where learning is shared and dreams are strengthened.
