Bogotá, Colombia, April 12, 2019 – On April 11, the Day of Support for the Venezuelan Migrant Population in the Parish of Beato Juan Bautista Scalabrini in Bogotá was held. The purpose of this activity was to provide migrants with legal advice, training in healthy habits, social orientation and clothing. Established in 2014, the Fr. Lydio F. Tomasi, C.S. Annual Lecture on International Migration addresses a migration-related topic of pressing concern to faith communities. Fr. Tomasi, a founding member of the Center for Migration Studies of New York (CMS), directed the institute from 1968 to 2001. Past lectures have been delivered by: Dr. Hosffman Ospino, Associate Professor of Hispanic Ministry and Religious Education at Boston College; Fr. Allan Figueroa Deck, Distinguished Scholar of Theology and
