Stella Maris recently welcomed a special visit from Mr. Syarif Sulaiman, Representative of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia to Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay. During his visit, he met with Indonesian seafarers currently in port, sharing a warm and fraternal moment of dialogue. The conversation centered on life at sea, the challenges faced during long voyages, and the hopes that accompany each journey.
Mr. Sulaiman expressed his sincere appreciation for the constant presence and pastoral care of Father Febri, who faithfully accompanies seafarers, especially those experiencing illness, accidents, or other difficult circumstances. He also extended his gratitude to the entire Stella Maris community for its ongoing commitment to welcoming seafarers, fishers, and port workers without distinction.
