This project will revitalize a poultry farm established by residents of Croix-de-Bouquets and SIMN. Funding will go toward a new air filter, uniforms for employees and visitors, a power inverter to stabilize the current egg incubator, a blast freezer for frozen meat, and a second incubator that can hold 6,000 eggs at a time.
