This project will strengthen a pasta production business established by residents of Croix-de-Bouquets and SIMN. Funding will go toward a new pasta machine (Italpast Modello: MAC 180), barcode materials to introduce pasta into supermarkets in Port-au-Prince, appropriate packaging materials, and a weight scale.
