After completing his studies in Philosophy in Piacenza (IT) and the Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas, he obtained his Master’s degree in Pastoral Theology of Human Mobility from SIMI (Scalabrini International Migration Institute) in Rome. He lived in Los Angeles for two years, working with Latin American migrants. From 2004 to 2012, he was the European coordinator of the Scaym (Scalabrinian Youth Movement).
