Strengthening Capacities in Gastronomy

La Paz, Bolivia, August 5, 2018 – On August 4, 2018, Casa del Migrante, provided training in Colombian cuisine, with the typical dish of the Colombian coast “Ceviche de Camarón”, for the benefit of the migrant and local population.

In La Paz, gastronomy is an economic activity with a high percentage of revenue. In this sense, Casa del Migrante detects individual and collective capacities of the migrant population that it welcomes and accompanies, with the purpose of replicating capacities among migrants and the local population, favoring the gastronomic exchange and providing in this area greater options for labor insertion of the migrants.
