La Paz, September 10, 2018 – On September 9, 2018, from the Lord of Peace Parish, the Eucharistic Celebration was transmitted for the National Day of Migrants and Refugees through national TV channels. 

Together with the Pastoral of National Human Mobility, the Communication Commission of the Bolivian Episcopal Conference, the PMH La Paz and the Casa del Migrante, the televised Eucharistic Celebration was resumed at the national level, with the purpose of sensitizing the population in general about the migration theme from the Bolivian Church.

The celebration was presided by Mons. Gonzalo del Castillo – Bishop referring to the PMH in the CEB. Fr. Ildo Griz and Fr. Gregorio Alejo – Scalabrinian missionaries, concelebrated. Participants of the celebration included migrants and refugees of different nationalities, local community, Scalabrinian laity and students from different schools, who transmitted the message of unity in diversity.
